Online Store Policies

• All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD)
• All prices displayed on this website DO NOT include shipping costs
• We charge a flat rate of AUD $8.00 for every order under 500g
• We charge a flat rate of AUD $12.00 for every order between 500g and 3kg
• Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and are determined by handling, size, weight and destination.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. 

Customer Service Policy

Good Vibes for You is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully!  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@goodvibesforyou.com within 3 days of receiving goods. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Good Vibes for You will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
